Personally I us...Thanks John, this is very helpful. Personally I use Governance to mean how we take decisions, so governance = decisionmaking is a function of the cooperative. It replaces the normal management authority found in normal businesses.<br /><br />And I use management strictly in terms of managing the business itself. Including the little day to day operational decisions (which shoul not be subject to full cooeprative decisionmaking).<br /><br />I find it easier to separate the business from the cooperative.
